(no subject)

....and I'm back from Dublin.

And Dublin was cool....no, wrong word considering the weather....Dublin was HOT, so hot it got that I couldn't sleep. But on the plus side, yay, warm weather with no jackets, no worrying about rain or cold.  Sat in the park a couple of times, reading and listening to music in the sun, ahhhhh.....

Two highlights were the Guinness Storehouse and the play  "The Importance of Being Ernest".

Overall had a great time, although we didn't do the "Irish Bar" thing really...to be honest neither of us could bear the idea of  being inside a hot stuffy bar of an evening, although we did sit outside for a while.  And very pleasant that was too, sitting outside sipping drinks, in the warmth of a July evening whilst it's still light at 10pm.
