Drawing concrit!

I have a quick question! Or maybe it is more concrit I need.

I've done a drawing of Dean Winchester from Supernatural, and I need to know if it is any good! I know I should be able to tell, but I find after spending the time drawing, my eyes and brain aren't objective anymore. I literally can't tell if it looks like him. This was a relatively quick drawing - I did one 2 years ago that was smaller and in full colour that I liked (although, it wasn't perfect) but this one I just don't know about! The colour is a bit wonky and the photo was taken with my Ipod so the quality of the photo isn't amazing, but it is the drawing that I am concerned about.

Can anyone give me a clue? Any help is welcome! If you think it looks more like your neighbour's nephew that Dean, please say so!

Eta: I did add another version of this pic including Sam but have since decided it's not good enough for a public post, so have taken it down.

It's very close, but not quite; something about the lips, maybe.
ETA: It's quite lovely, though!

Thank you! I have actually gone and changed it up somewhat now, just elaborated on the whole thing. NO ENTIRELY sure it's made a difference, but I think you were right about the lips and I have tinkered there!

I have no idea who Dean is but that's a beautiful drawing and it absolutely looks like a human so you get 10000 points from me!!!

Heh, thank you! I have elaborated on the whole thing now, and added a distinctly odd looking Sam, who is his brother in the CW show Supernatural. Also, human is good!!!

I do think your technique is great, however, there is just something not quite right. I could 100% tell it was Dean, but maybe it just needs a bit of tweaking. Profiles are hard to get right!
If you post the photo you used as a reference, it might be easier to point out what needs work.
But like I said, great technique and overall, totally a good drawing! :)

Thanks for the comments! As you will see I have gone farther with the whole thing now, and added a Sam, who is distinctly dodgy looking! I've tweaked Dean's mouth and chin, rounded it out more I think and put some more shading in.

When I look at Sam side by side on the screen with the original pic I can see all sorts of things that are off. Hoping I can put them right with judicious use of a putty rubber!

Any thoughts??

Eh, looking at the photo, I don't like it at all, but I THINK it looks better than that in real life (bearing in mind it was an Ipod photo!).
